I am P.S.SENTHILNATHAN who as undergone the process on APRIL 1, PROFILE INTERVIEW ON APRIL 2 & SHORTLISTED for receiving the offer letter. basically the process is all about three stages.
1. Aptitude test
2. Group discussion
3. Profile interview
APTITUDE TEST
the questions were fundamental from R.S.AGGARWAL OR ABHIJIT GUHA (QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE)
But there were 90 questions needed to be answered in 90 minutes so the faster rate of answering will lend you the cutting edge. second section was logical reasoning consisting of series filling and counting of figures(bit easy). third was from verbal section (comprehensions, fit in the sentences at appropriate places, antonyms) prepare from barrons GRE MATERIAL
GROUP DISCUSSION
IT WAS THE GENERAL TOPIC OF "BRAIN DRAIN". talk out with substantial points with adequate fluentzy, eye contact, firmness, assertiveness that's it. here the elimination ratio is 50:50
PROFILE INTERVIEW
you would be given the profile form of the organization take care to fill it since it would have direct impact over the hr. the interview pattern was dynamic one batch was given (extempore) . i was subjected to STRESS INTERVIEW. get your eyes brimming with confidence and optimistic will help u in great deal.
