I am the happiest person. I got placed in CTS after a loooong struggle.
I am a B-Tech fresh graduate (2005). After applying more than 600 jobs (personally as well as online), I got calls for the Interview from less than 20 companies only. I was much disappointed and dipressed. WITHOUT LOOSING HOPE, I tried my level best, by preparing myself in the core subjects and analytically and verbally too. After a long time, I got call from CTS.
 
The pattern here is simple. The written test constitutes, Verbal, Analytical and logical sections. There wont be any Coding sections. I could clear the written test. I got call to attend the Interview (2nd round). In the Interview, most of the questions will be from the semester subjects like C,C++, OOPs, OS and DBMS. It depends how you manage your strengths in the area which you are interested. You must be able to write few programs. The Interview was a success and I was very happy. I was selected to the next round ie., HR round. If you could reach HR round, the you are almost selected. In HR round, you will be asked for your introduction and your willingness to relocate and few other questions.
 
Finally the results were announced. And there was my name in the list. I am the happiest. Thank GOD, and thanks to all my friends and people for supporting me through out.
 
Last but not the least, I would like to tell all the members one thing.
Be strong in YOUR SUBJECTS. This is the area where you need to prove yourself. Prepare yourself and be strong ANALYTICALLY and VERBALLY. Never loose your hope. Apply as many jobs as you can, that suits your skills and interests.
