I am going to share with you my experience with i-flex solutions selection procedure . One of the best consultancies in india I-FLEX is a sister concern of ORACLE and their primary domain is working for financial institutions world wide. They have above 120 branches across the globe , so freinds it's really a company to fight for. Important Data:
No. of students sat for the exam : 3054.
Criteria : 60% all through.
No. of students cleared aptitude round : 178.
Finally Selected : 52.
Remuneration Package : 2.4-2.6 Lakhs/annum.
Date of exam : 15.04.2007.
Venue : Academy of Technology (West Bengal).
Campus Mode : Pulled , organized by N.I.V.L.
Batch : 2008.
Aptitude Test :
5 sections of 10 Questions each.No sectional cut-off.Time duration is of an hour.Section 1 : reading comprehension (6 questions),analogy(a bit tough 4 questions).Section 2: Data interpretation (2 Questions of 5 Each) [Bar graphs].Section 3 :Decoding Encoding (6 Questions), 4 Logical Reasoning. Section 4: 5 short passages given with 2 questions each , all that was required was to draw a conclusion.Section 5: 10 Mathematical Aptitude questions (Do all chapters) .
Total cut-off : 25.Don't answer all questions because there is a negative marking of .25 per wrong answers and 1 for every right answers.
Technical and Hr Round:
As I was coming from a C.S.E background I was asked on D.B.M.S and O.S.(out off 10 questions asked i answered 8). Hr was cool. Those who cleared tech round was only asked for Hr round .
I was one of the selected ones . BEST OF LUCK TO ALL YOU JOB ASPIRANTS .
